Today Baby Wilk #2 is 28 weeks and 1 day.

 

Aside from starting to not sleep well at night, occasional heart burn, frequent uncomfortable baby kicking and my body getting laaaaarger.... baby and I are doing well. I am measuring right at 28 and baby's heart rate was 145 at my last OB appointment earlier this week.  

 

I have done nothing to prepare for this baby yet. I have surrendered my intent and have accepted that I wont do anything until after the new year.

 

As we enter this final trimester I pray that baby remains healthy and happy. Our house is more and more excited to welcome you home! Each day that passes is one day closer to Rose becoming a big sister. We already know you will be such a wonderful big sister, Rose.

 

It is cold and rainy over here in Phoenix today. We even have a roof leak in our master bath to prove that we have received lots of rain in just one day. This morning we dashed over to the mall for Christmas shopping and dashed back home in time for lunch and naps. Just this evening we lit the THIRD advent candle. Christmas is so close I can taste it!

 

Last night we went to an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party. No pictures were taken. Both sweaters came from our mothers closets. Ha-ha we did well I think:)
