We found ourselves in Tucson again.
We made our way down there with Zac's family to celebrate my mother in-law's Birthday.
The boys played golf, us girls lounged by the pool and we were even treated with massages.
Mine was a pre-natal massage - oh my gosh it was awesome!!! 80 minutes of bliss!!!
The weather was awesome and we all had a great time.
Till next time Tucson!
Rose became aware of her fear of LARGE bugs. Tucson has an invasion of the largest grass hoppers I have ever seen in my whole life. They were the size of a deck of cards or even the size of my iphone. They were disgusting. Oh my gosh. Some might call them beautiful or cool because they were vibrant colors like green and orange. But my fear of bugs re-awakened when I saw these things on the side walks. I was so creeped out by them there was no way I was going to try to and get close to snap a picture. No way!!
We are back home and are settling into a new week.
I pulled out the maternity pants this weekend. Pulled them on and I decided these wont be lasting me. So? I placed an order for new maternity jeans and I am so excited to have them arrive in a few days, this will be the highlight of my week. Nothing like a a new pair of jeans that fit and are comfy. My original pair is from when I was pregnant with Rose but the elastic is slightly shot and they get baggy a whole lot faster. So its time for a fresh pair! Time to retire my shorts.... the unattractive muffin top and bulging tummy has to go. Its time for my tummy to look pregnant and to tuck all that muffin top in.
In other news, more serious news my nephew Marshall is able to celebrate 16 months in remission. His 3-month scans came back clear! Thank you, Jesus! Also, my dad is doing wonderful and was able to share news with us that his PSA score from recent blood work came in = resulting in a great score. Meaning his prostate cancer is being managed and he is considered to be in remission! We pray for the continued health of our entire family.
Thank you, Jesus!
Have a good week everyone!
Happy 20th Birthday to my littlest brother, Gus!!!
Happy Feast Day of St. Teresa of Avila
